5 transitional trends you should try from FYF Festival

Festival season is coming to an end. Last weekend FYF Festival took place in Los Angeles, California.  The indie festival scene was full of street-style fashion.

If you are looking for ways to transition your favorite summer pieces into fall staples try some of these looks from FYF Fest.

Jumpsuits are the coolest one-piece ever. You can easily dress them up or down and they are perfect for any occasion. Try rocking a neutral color like these two attendees. You could keep it simple during the summer and layer with a blazer and scarf during the fall.

Bralettes are always perfect for hot summer days. FYF Festival attendees that paired them with a motorcycle jumpsuit made their look edgy.

While other festival-goers paired it with loose fitting bottoms for a bohemian vibe. You could also throw a jacket or vest over your bralette if you need a more conservative look. They make the best layering pieces.

No matter what season you are, maxi dresses are always a go-to look. At FYF Festival there were printed maxi dresses everywhere.

They make for a great statement look. If you want to keep it casual pair, with your favorite pair of sneakers.  When it’s time to go out, slide on your favorite pair of booties.

Sheer tops are making a come back. This eighties trend goes perfectly over Bralettes or body suits. Embellished sheer tops are comfortable and edgy. During the summer you can slay a long top with sandals. In the fall try a shorter top with thigh-high boots.

You can not go anywhere without seeing a Stussy tee!  Graphic tees are super trendy and you can wear them year around. Stussy recently released a capsule collection of bags with Porter.  They make the perfect accessory for any casual look.

You do not have to pack up your pack festival styles just yet. Use them as a great layering and staple pieces for the fall. The summer can’t last always, but at least your looks can.
