Shopping online provides convenient and hassle-free experiences. But, most customers are still skeptical about ordering clothes online. There is no feeling worse than finding the perfect shirt online but hating it once you receive it at your house.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could try clothes on before we bought them online? Well, Amazon is making dreams come true. If you sign up for Amazon’s new service called Prime Wardrobe, you’ll choose up to fifteen items to be ship to yourself.
The service allows customers to order items like shoes, clothes or accessories. Amazon will send them in a reusable box with a prepaid shipping label. Don’t love your items? You can return anything you don’t want, just by simply returning them as you would any other Amazon purchases.
Shoppers have seven days to decide what they don’t want. The service will not be limited to Amazon fashion. Popular brands such as Adidas, Calvin Klein, and Levi’s will be available to try before you buy as well.
“Prime Wardrobe” is a new service that brings the fitting room to you, so you can try the latest styles and find your perfect fit before you buy,” Amazon said.
The service will be only offered to members of Amazon Prime, the company’s membership service that is $99 a year, which gives customers fast shipping at no extra charge, a streaming music and video service, and other benefits.
But that is not the best part. If you love at least three or four of the items in your box, Amazon will give you a 10 percent discount. Love five or more items? The discount jumps to 20 percent. Amazon will only charge your prime account for the items you chose to keep.
Amazon has not released when this awesome service will be available but shoppers can sign up to be notified about the program’s launch in certain markets.
