Apollo Nida’s Co-conspirator Sentence 5 years in the Pen

Gayla St Julien, the women who helped Apollo with the identity theft plot, has been sentence 5 years in prison according to the AJC.

Julien pled guilty in conspiracy to bank fraud, identify theft and commit mail.

Allegedly her and Apollo have been working together from 2009 to 2013. She self proclaimed her self  as Apollo’s‘right hand b****’ in executing the legwork of his fraud schemes. She said she stole U.S. Treasury checks, and stole retirement checks issued to Delta Airline employees.  The pair both made nearly  nearly $3 million of stolen funds.

Nida has yet to issue a statement on her sentencing, because he is hoping to strike a plea deal with prosecutors.

But wife Phaedra Parks has stated countless of times that she was not involved with this. She also told Andy Cohen last Sunday that she will not be representing Nida, but she will be standing by him until it’s over.

“But we are where we are and we’ll support him. We are a family. He’s the father of my two beautiful kids and at the end of the day, I am a Southern belle and I believe in family and I will support him until this is resolved,” she explained.
