I really tried not to give this title to Rihanna. I mean I really, really tried hard but how could I not? She looked drop dead gorgeous in her sheer gown, sequin head wrap, and her makeup was to die for.

I know it was hard to focus on her face as she wore a completely sheer dress but her makeup was impeccable. She rocked a sultry smokey eye, she had a killer glow, and it was topped off with the perfect nude lip.
