Who knew that the fashion community in Denmark was so huge?
Well, Copenhagen Fashion Week is huge and it has been Kontrol Approved! Thanks to Elle magazine and Copenhagen Fashion Week website we are kept in the loop of the now and what’s happening. And, for designers to watch and labels to become aware about, you will not be disappointed. Copengaen fashion week is perfect. Even though, your average designer brand are not among the feature designers for a week in Denmark. CPHFW has a countless amount of designers we have fallen in love with. The attraction to visit Denmark has become much greater; giving us something to look forward to for the near future.
Native designers showcased their Danish inspired collections without your typical runway. Their fashion shows were more like an art show! Designers Astrid Anderson, Malene Birger, Stine Goya ad Love Child 1979 were our favorite designers to catch your eye. Check out our favorite looks from each collection below.

But, honestly Copenhagen’s street style has been my favorite for any fashion week thus far. And, this year it was all about mixing labels and putting pieces together that compliment each other.
