Pop superstar Jennifer Lopez cannot be stopped. After taking some time away from music she has been hard at work in returning to the scene for a few month now. The diva has recently debut the cover art for her upcoming album “A.K.A.” and its nothing short of caliente. Sporting a red leather strapped top and a tight matching skirt to go with it is certified everything! Although, she may looks great it would be a lie to say that fashion doesn’t over shadow her music. As a fashion icon everyone is looking in JLo’s direction. Ever since she stepped on the American Idol stage we’ve fallin’ in lover with her all over again.
In more recent news its confirmed that the entertainer will be receiving the Icon Award at this years Billboard Awards. Who saw this coming? She may not be the best singer, but you have to admit the girl can put a show on. Billboard states;
“Jennifer Lopez is one of the most iconic performers of her generation,” comments Larry Klein, producer of the Billboard Music Awards. “We are thrilled to honor her historic career with the 2014 Icon Award and will be on the edge of our seats lik” everyone else when she takes the stage.”
Stay tuned cause this all goes down for the world to see on May 18, 2014 in Las Vegas. She will be performing two sets and one alongside friend Pitbull. A little known fact Lopez will be the first woman and only fourth person to receive this prestigious award.
