Shade alert, shade alert! We got a small amount of tea sprinkled with a bit of embarrassment on discount this morning! Although, fashion poster girl and reality star Kim Kardashian is no stranger to shade as she is the shade-catching Queen, it came from a fashion brand she admires: Giorgio Armani. But was the shade justifiable due to Kim’s minor lack of grammar knowledge pertaining to the designer’s name?
Kim is a very well respected chica in the fashion world. Luxury brands from all over flock to get there threads on the voluptuous body of the reality star. But even the best of us become a victim of auto-correct or just lack of spelling skills (especially with foreign names). Yesterday via Twitter, Kim Kardashian tweeted her curiosity about the brand’s comestics. The tweet read:
“Why did Georgio Armani discontinue my favorite foundation??? I’m on my last bottle & everyone I know uses this!!! Please make it again!” – @KimKardashian
Armani responded to the typo with some thin shade for the head Kardashian. Armani’s twitter account replied:
“@KimKardashian Dear Kim – let us know which one you need and we’ll send it to you. And Mr. Armani’s first name is Giorgio.” – @Armani
