This past week fashion icon Michael Kors became yet another designer to debut a specialty collection overseas. To celebrate the opening of his first China flagship store at the Jing’An Kerry Centre in Shanghai, China, Michael Kors presented an exclusive event, The Michael Kors Jet Set Experience. Set in a private 30,000 square foot jet hangar at Hongqiao Airport, the 360-degree event featured a never-seen-before runway show as guests viewed a show of one-off pieces Kors created for the occasion to illustrate the jet-set lifestyle.
