Looks like J. Law is going to be doing the Shmoney dance all the way to the bank! “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt. 1” wins the box office race (By a long shot) with $275 million on its opening weekend. Cha-Ching!
The movie has reportedly already made enough money to pay for its production fees plus a few millions extra. The full “Mockingjay” series (Pt. 1 and 2) reportedly cost $250 Million to make. With part 1 paying for its self and more, we can assume part 2 is going straight into the Jennifer and the rest of the team’s pocket. Now we see why they split the series into two movies. Can I get another CHA-CHING!
