In his book Just Between Us, Mario Lopez revealed that he had a one-night stand with a “mega pop star,” but chose not to name drop out of respect for his current wife Courtney Mazza.

But we all know nothing stays quiet in the age of digital technology. Multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that he had a rendezvous in Las Vegas with Britney Spears back in 2006. Both were conveniently single after going separate ways from their then partners, and while Lopez still remains tight-lipped on his rebound, he revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this month that they are still “friendly.”

If that’s not enough to make you suspicious, the Extra host also joined the pop star on stage last year at the opening night of her “Britney: Piece of Me” residency show in Las Vegas.
