True Gault heels are handmade in Spain and will arrive at the shopper’s doorstep within four weeks of her purchase.
The shoes will come true to the sizing for each foot, which guarantees the heels will fit. If not, True Gault is offering a customer guarantee where they will alter shoes that do not fit properly. Customers are also able to leave feedback regarding the app and it’s features via their iPhone.
Following her first purchase, True Gault shoppers will not be required to remeasure their feet for future purchases. The company stores foot measurements for future purchases as an added luxury for the client.
