Initial reports stated that no drugs were found in the home of Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon following the 21-year-old being found face down in the bathtub, but new reports today suggest otherwise.

According to TMZ, members of Bobbi Kristina’s family informed the site that officers did in fact find drugs during a SECOND search of her home. What kinds of drugs is still unclear.

Equally as interesting is who else was also present at the home of Bobbi Kristina when she was found unresponsive in the bathtub.

New reports indicate that Maxwell Lomas was present at the time.

Lomas, who’s been friends with Nick for at least 2 years, is a 24-year-old Duluth resident with multiple prior arrests.

His most recent arrest occurred on January 14th after his then-girlfriend’s family called cops and said they believed he was holding Danyela Bradley against her will and drugging her so she would stay.

Cops responded to the call,  but Danyela said she was fine and not being forcibly held. During their response, cops found weed and a gun and Lomax was arrested for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. He was also busted with illegal drugs — including Xanax, 5.2 ounces of weed, marijuana grinders, and 1,000 Ziploc bags.

In June 2011, he was drinking and firing shotguns into the air with a group of friends in Dawsonville.

Bobbi Kristina’s condition is still unclear, with some reports indicating that she’s still in critical danger while others indicate that she’s slowly improving.

Again: our thoughts and prayers are with Bobbi Kristina and her famil
