Who cares if he hit it first, the spit is what’s going to keep him in the news.  Ray J was arrested for acting an entire fool at the bar located inside of Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.  Police were dispatched and things went even more left than his career after the infamous sex tape.

He was asked to leave the premises by hotel staff but refused to oblige.  After an interrogation with the cops (pictured above) Ray J was taken into custody and all hell broke loose.  This is when he allegedly spit on an officer.  After being placed in the patrol car, he supposedly kicked a window out.

TMZ sources report Ray  is being booked for vandalism, trespassing, resisting arrest and battery.  I don’t see this ending well al all. Maybe he should have told the cops to “wait a minute” to calm himself down.  Whatever caused the unfortunate accident had to be somewhat serious in nature to cause such an irate reaction and disregard to his freedom.

There was also a woman with him who has not been identified . Hopefully she’ll provide some insight that will lessen the charges. Meanwhile, Kanye and Kim are toasting to what can be considered the best wedding gift yet.  Damn… cold world.
