On Saturday, April 7th Dark and Lovely introduced their newest innovations at an exclusive and chic day party in Atlanta. The party was held at REVEL Atlanta and was hosted by model and RHOA cast member Cynthia Bailey. Dark and Lovely celebrated the release of their newest products the Go Intense Color Sprays and the Damage Slayer Hair System. There was a gorgeous flower wall, a photo booth, a signature drink called the Slaytini, live demos and a DJ to set the mood.
You can layer, mix and match to create just the unique look you want.
The Go Intense Sprays are can be used on relaxed/natural hair and on protective styles such as braids and locs. They give you the the option of vibrant colors without any color or bleach damage. Dark and Lovely calls them makeup for your hair and they come in nine colors. An attendee had the Bombshell Blue in her hair and I can attest that these have great color payoff. These sprays will also be great to use for Halloween. I love that they don’t dry out your hair like other color sprays I’ve tried. A big plus!

Dark and Lovely describes that the new Damage Slayer line has salon-grade Texture bond technology to banish hair breakage and restore your crowning glory to its full, luxurious potential. These hair care products work together in a system to hydrate deep at the core of your strands and then seal in softness and moisture for fresh, nourished hair.

Check out some of the pictures from the event below. I’m looking forward to trying both products, more so the color sprays. It’s a great and fun way to see how different colors look on you before committing to something permanent.
