Rocsi Diaz has reportedly been fired as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, Love B. Scott has exclusively learned. Once a host for BET’s 106 and Park, the vivacious personality left them 2 years ago and began a new stint in her career with Entertainment Tonight.
Rocsi is being replaced by Nischelle Turner, who is a correspondent for HLN’s Showbiz Tonight. Nischelle is slated to start around the time of the November sweeps. Having been with CNN for the last two and a half years covering red carpets and hosting entertainment segments, this is quite the move for her.
Entertainment Tonight really is shaking up the talent there. Rob Marciano was just replaced by Kevin Frazier after only 18 months.
Rocsi nor Entertainment Tonight has confirmed the news or released a statement as of yet. I’m curious to know what her next move will be. I’m wondering if she’ll stick to hosting or if she has a new career she wants to venture off into.
