What is the point of the sauna? It does not seem logical to sit in a hot box and sweat to near death. But after doing some research and encouragement, I went for it. The Sauna should be apart of your routine after each workout for at least 15 minutes. You will be drenched, you will want to climb out of there, you will not understand why you chose to do it but it will be all worth it! Let me tell you why….
