Some tips for skin care this blistering summer are:
Protect yourself from the sun it causes wrinkles, age spots, and risk of skin cancer.
Don’t smoke it can cause wrinkles and a decrease in blood flow.
Treat your skin gently by limiting bath time, avoiding harsh soaps, pat dry, and shave carefully.
Eat a healthy diet that includes fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and lean protein.
Manage your stress because it can cause breakouts and sensitive skin.
No aerated drinks.
Cleanse your face twice a day.
Use a toner and moisturizer.
No tanning beds! They expose your skin to UV rays that penetrate deep into your skin, cause premature aging, and risk skin cancer.
The higher the SPF the better for sunscreen although at least SPF 15 will do. It’s good to use it even on a cloudy day.
