Kontrol Tip: Eliminate alcohol and caffeine for a week to reboot your system.
Water/Lemon Water
Drink water to naturally flush toxins out of your body and to feel fuller between meals. Overindulged on alcohol this holiday? Step up your cleanse by adding lemon to your water. Lemon water helps your liver and kidneys get rid of toxins. Stay hydrated and energized by drinking lemon water throughout your day.
Kontrol Tip: Drink warm lemon water in the morning to boost your metabolism and curb cravings.
