Well the baby mama drama between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller continues! The mother is desparately trying to regain custody of their 1-year-old daughter Cai after Ludacris was awarded custody by an Atlanta judge, according to Love B. Scott.
Late last year Ludacris was awarded custody after proving to the judge that he’s more fit and equipped to care for Cai than Tamika. This was also after he quickly married long time girlfriend, Eudoxie. Now the couple is expecting their first child together.
According to TMZ, Tamika is trying hard to show the judge that she is more than able to care for Cai before heading back to court for an appeal on the custody decision.
Step one, we’re told, is Tamika landed a gig in the hospitality industry … and she’s working nights, 40 hours per week to make enough money to support herself and Cai.
Meanwhile a more immediate court battle is looming. We’re told Luda wants to take Cai out of the country on vacation, but Tamika thinks their daughter is too young for that kind of travel.
Our sources say Luda could push for an emergency court hearing on the matter. Stay tuned…
I know it must be hard to lose your daughter in a messy custody hearing especially being painted as unfit and not as equipped as your rapper baby daddy to care for her. Hopefully the two can come to a peaceful agreement that will allow for them both to co-parent.
