The beauty essentials for spring 2023 are all about maintaining clean and well moisturized skin. Strong, but light moisturizers are something I’ve been looking into for some time now. Keeping your skin well moisturized is a way to fight signs of aging skin. In my opinion, a good skincare/beauty regimen is made up of three things: a cleanser, an exfoliant, and a moisturizer. I’m never quiet about a good thing, especially when it comes to beauty and fashion.

Aveeno has two amazing products that have caught my eye. I love facial and body oils. I’m pretty selective on what oils I use on my skin. Aveeno Calm + Restore for Sensitive Skin and Aveeno’s Daily Moisturizing Oil Mist with Jojoba and Oat oil. The Calm + Restore oil is great for using during your nightly skin-care routine after washing and exfoliating. The jojoba + oat oil easily absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave any residue.
Adding a body oil to your skin-care routine is a great way to quickly add moisture to your skin. Beauty-tip. Adding a small amount of coconut oil to these oils helps add moisture to your skin when applying.
I can’t think of a cuter way to conceal a stubborn pimple. The thing that I love about Dots for Spots is how simple they are. These really feel more like a beauty-hack when it comes to addressing breakouts.
The benefits of rose water witch hazel can’t be overstated, which is probably why I include it in so much of the beauty content here at Kontrol. Rose petal witch hazel is of the those basic beauty essentials that will never lose its usefulness. I prefer to use this after washing and exfoliating. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. It also helped prevent smaller breakouts in my skin, which I can be prone to at times.
