The BR Lab is changing the face of branding for individuals and companies nationwide. Their creativity is one of a kind as it is shown through their extensive portfolio. They are set to release a new service called “Brand In A Box” which is very innovative and needed for the budding entrepreneur. We caught up with them for an interview to find out more about The BR Lab.
Who are the founders of the company and how did the BR Lab come about getting started?
We are a black-owned creative company owned by CEO, Brian Smith and Director of Development & Design, Juan Beras, our founder. Juan first started out in the nostalgic era of creating Myspace layouts, then transformed the business into a full on creative company where we offer Website Design & Development, Branding services, and more!
Who was your first major client?
Our very first major client was R&B crooner and actor, Jacob Latimore! Jacob has been one of favorite clients for the past 12-13 years and still is. Jacob and his team has always trusted The BR Lab for all of their new ideas, crazy ideas, and all kinds of projects. We have assisted with creative branding for his career, watched him flourish into a teen heart-throb, and there’s still stuff in the vault for Jacob that we’ve created.
What is your goal for the company/brand?
Our main goal right now is to expand our company by touching more & more entrepreneurs and brands through creativity. Right now, the world is on an entrepreneurial wave and we love that! We also plan on opening our very own design studio, where we’ll hire even more designers to work with us on delivering creative services for our clients.
Where is the company based at?
We are located and based out of New Jersey with clients all across the world!
