Taking place over the CIAA weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina, hundreds will gather for the social event of the season. Tamika Newhouse, a young entrepreneur, who is the publisher of one of the country’s most successful independent publishing houses, developed this vision. “No one talks about the author who penned the book, but you often hear about the writer of a particular song or film. I think it’s time to close that gap.”
Attendees will be taken between the pages of some of the bestselling novels with author-reader interaction, branding and blogging tips, and opportunities to network.
