The Emmy’s are the Oscars of the television world. Thus it is a huge event each year which means that couture gowns are in-demand for this night. This year’s Emmy fashion has been effortlessly feminine and flirty. While so far there has not been any sight of atrocious fashion. There are a few ladies that have especially stood out among the bevy of beautiful dresses and gowns.

Specifically, the women of the hit Netflix series, “Orange Is The New Black” stood out amongst the crowd and stood up for the mantra that ‘beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and colors.’Danielle Brooks floated effortlessly down the red carpet in a beautiful Christian Siriano gown.

While Daya Diaz  sizzled in a Leanne Marshall dress giving us a tasteful peek of leg and beautiful shoulders. What I enjoyed most about their looks was that were not afraid to show some skin. Often times curvy women are shunned for exposing more skin then what is typically deemed appropriate due to societal levels of comfortability with flesher bodies.
