Tom Cruise just cannot leave the Mission Impossible franchise alone! Thankfully no one is complaining as the latest installment, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is beyond phenomenal! Agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is back and ready to do the impossible by saving the world in his own unique, somewhat reckless way. The Impossible Mission Force (IMF) is under government scrutiny as CIA Director, Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin), attempts to dismantle the organization due to its global collateral damage accumulated during their “impossible missions.” Meanwhile, Ethan becomes obsessed, tracking and proving the existence of “The Syndicate,” a rogue spy agency that does not answer to any nation. It will take the entire crew, Benji (Simon Pegg), [William] Brandt (Jeremy Renner), and Luther (Ving Rhames) to take on this shadow organization in what may very well be their final mission.

This movie was f***ing amazing! It also happened to be the first Mission Impossible I have ever seen! Needless to say I will be watching the other films in succession. However, it is not necessary to even see the other films to know what is going on in this one. The film starts off with action and death defying stunts that keep you on the edge of your seat. It is really hard to believe Tom did his own stunts in this film, including holding on to the door of an airplane!? Besides Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson steals the show. She is amazing as Ilsa Faust, a double agent with her own agenda. Her skill and the scandal surrounding her would put Catwoman to shame.

This is the movie to see, and I am praying they have more of them! Marvel and Terminator eat your heart out because Ethan Hunt puts superheroes and robots to shame! Catch Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation everywhere this weekend!
