It’s been five days since George Zimmerman was acquitted of murder charges in the shooting death of unarmed teen, Trayvon Martin. Surely, one can only imagine the pain Martin’s parents Tracy and Sybrina Fulton have had to endure since the loss of their son on February 26, 2012 and to add insult to injury, justice was not served – nor was it blind – when a Florida jury of six found Zimmerman not guilty on all charges. Not even a week after Zimmerman walked free, Fulton and Martin speak on the message the verdict sends to young, black and brown males across the country.
