Tracy Morgan is in good spirits! Tracy finally speaks to the public after being involved in a very detrimental vehicle collision that resulted in him being hospitalized and killed a friend of his. Tracy Morgan says, “I’m OK, I feel strong.”

“Love you, thank you very much. Appreciate it,” Tracy continues to share as he heads away from home.

Tracy Morgan, along with 3 others, are suing Walmart for the accident. They are taking the retail chain to court for negligence that resulted in the dangerous and deadly accident. The truck driver, Kevin Roper, was reported to have been driving behind the wheel of the truck for 10 hours straight after he had been awake for over 24 hours. The driver was driving his monstrous semi truck 65 mph in a 45 mph lane, making him slam into a vehicle.

Walmart is cooperating with the investigation and the lawsuit, according to TMZ.
