[VIDEO] ATL Police Allege “Love & Hip-Hop Star,” Tommie Lee, Lied About Police Brutality Incident!

Mona Scott Young, creator and executive producer of the Love & Hip-Hop franchise has definitely gotten her money’s worth of drama out of this latest cast and season of Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta. The funny thing is the most noteworthy moments of this have been occurring off camera! Sas got shot in the back of the head, KK has charges pending against her, and the feud between Stevie J and Joseline has become epic! Now it is newcomer Tommie Lee’s turn. Apparently, she was arrested earlier this week and has accused a few of Atlanta policemen of beating her!

Tommie uploaded–and then deleted–dashcam footage of the incident to Instagram where she claimed she was brutalized. The Atlanta Police Department (APD) have called foul on her allegations and TMZ has acquired the police report.

According to the police report — obtained by TMZ — when deputies pulled the Jeep over in the ATL area they noticed lots of movement in the vehicle.

Deputies say the guy in the driver’s seat first lied, but then admitted he had switched with Tommie — who jumped in the back.

That would explain why deputies wanted Tommie out of the backseat. They demanded she step out of the vehicle several times, but she held her ground. Deputies then pulled her out and hooked her up.

Cops say Tommie’s eyes were watery, bloodshot and her speech was slurred, so she was booked for drunk driving, disorderly conduct and driving on an expired license.

And, for bad measure, she peed herself in the cruiser on the way to the station.

Tommie tells us the police report is BS, and insists she did nothing wrong. On the peeing … she blames deputies for not taking her to a bathroom.

With everything we have seen from Tommie this season we can definitely see her acting a fool–even with the cops! Also, the show does mention she has a drinking problem multiple times. We just hope she has not embellished anything in this story. There are actual victims, living and dead, of police brutality. Now is not the time for their pain to be trivialized by one girl who had a little too much to drink. Check out the dashcam footage below and tell us what you think of this incident. Hey Mikey!

WHO AM I? That’s probably what you’re thinking? It’s simple I’m this generation’s “Dear Abby!” I was raised in the Fourth Ward of Atlanta, educated in the School of Hard Knocks, and rescued by the concrete and steel of New York City. Life at best will always be bittersweet. The sooner you accept that, the better off you’ll be. I’d prefer to be on your sweeter side. Everyone needs a listening ear, extra shoulder, and open arms when life gets rough. I’m your new best friend, whe it all goes south remember I’m a mouse click or tweet away. Hang in there kids, you’re gonna love kickin’ it with me!!! -MIKEY
