London Fashion Week might be over but the trends from it are just getting started! If you ever wanted to go to London Fashion Week but didn’t have the means or a passport, Burberry has you covered! Well your nails covered at least. Each season Burberry launches their Runway Made to Order Nail collection straight after the show and the colors can tell you what will be popular nail colors for the season, with the colors being inspired by the Prorsum Autumn/Winter 2015 runway collection. This year’s three shades include a minty green, khaki and black. Sold in a gift box with the names of them being Cadet Green, Khaki Green and Poppy Black. I can definitely see people rocking these soon! Retail Price is $66.00.
The nail trends of London Fashion Week were flirty and fun! There were striped and plaid designs from the fashion houses of Daks Fall and House of Holland.
My favorite nails of London Fashion Week had to be from Vivienne Westwood. The nails had an ombré, galaxy effect that I could see becoming very popular. The different lengths gave them a funky feel but I don’t know if many people can rock those off the runway. Would you rock them?
Braids were hot looks of London Fashion Week! Braids like cornrows and woven accents appeared in the Duro Olowu Fall 2015 Collection lookbook. I’m a fan of cornrows, French braids, & all braids in general really so I’m living for this look.
The hot lip colors of London Fashion Week ranged from a bright, more vivacious shade of red to deep hued reds deemed ‘Bedroom Lips’. Designer Roksanda Ilincic had her models sashay down the runway with her signature cherry stained trademark lipstick, Lipstick Love.
‘Bedroom Lips’ as referred to by, master make up guru, Val Garland. The look was made using L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick 430 and Glam Shine gloss in Crystal. I love the mix of the deep hue with the shine from the gloss on top. It gives off a bit of sex appeal that’s perfect for date night or girls night out!
The best trend to come from London Fashion Week had to be the imperfect eye liner look! For all of you who try and fail at the perfect winged liner this look is for you! You can have a little smug and when people ask say ‘this look was all the rage at London Fashion Week’. With graphic variations at House of Holland and Jean-Pierre Braganza giving us graphic variations of the imperfect look to waterlined eyes from Erdem. This is a look we can foresee becoming a big ‘IT’ trend!
