Easter definitely wasn’t created just so we can show off our Sunday best and first lady looks, but if you’re like me then you had to participate in the show. I’m talking about the big funky hats, the Michelle Obama dresses, and all the floral print you can think of. Now usually I’m a bystander. I like to see all the fashionistas and fly guys show up and show out, but this year I definitely showed up and I did a little bit of showing out. Let’s just say I left Tom at home for Easter.
Now for you all who follow me on Snapchat: queenesaj and/or Instagram: @vahnesaj then you know I did a little dibble dabble in the slay game. I apologize in advance if I don’t name these clothing items correctly. You now I honestly would just say heels, skirt, blazer, blouse, but I’m trying to do better. Let’s start from the bottom up.
I had to christen my new shoes in Marietta since the first time I wore these clog heels was in NOLA. Now you know these are going in my favorite shoe collection! Why? They have a chunky heel, which means I can definitely serve on the runway with them. I haven’t graduated to the skinny stilettos yet. My signature piece was my floral circle skirt. This is the type of skirt that was made for days like Easter! My top is actually a crop top, but it’s hidden because I made the skirt high-wasted. Oh and of course I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t wear a little white, so I through on a white blazer to top it off. Be on the lookout for my CULT Jewelry update for details on my findings for my collection.
