Rihanna is back it again! After conquering the fashion world as Puma’s latest international brand ambassador to designing a shoe collection with Manolo Blahnik and also being named the fashion icon of the year—The “Work” singer is taking over the world and is now planning on tackling the beauty industry.
The star will launch Fenty Beauty in fall 2017, partnering with the Kendo’s beauty division of the luxury goods company LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, to create her own makeup collection. The LVMH deal is estimated to have reached $10 million to secure her line and by the looks of it the chief executive seems more then pleased to have the singer on board for the project.
“Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience. We are aiming for the stars,” he mentions.
The songstress did dabbled in the makeup world in the past with her collaboration with M.A.C Cosmetics in 2013 for the Viva Glam lipstick campaign and appeared as a Cover Girl spokesperson.
