9. He’s unable to clean up after himself and he’s a mama’s boy (5%)

Personally, I’m all good with a mama’s boy–well, to a certain extent. A man that loves his mother is likely to treat his lady like the queen she is. It’s also highly likely that he was raised properly (for the most part), however, there is a fine line between being a “mama’s boy” and being Norman from A&E’s, “Bates Motel.” You need to be able to clean up after yourself, especially if you’re going to have a lady around. DO NOT INVITE A WOMAN TO YOUR HOUSE AND YOUR KITCHEN AND/OR BATHROOM ARE DISGUSTING. Just don’t do it. It’s disgusting; it’s says the worst things about you; and IT’S DISGUSTING.

This is a deal-breaker for me… I’ll be honest. Yuck!

10. He’s stingy (4%)

I have sympathy for you men in this department as well. I know that today, just as there are women who are turned on by being the breadwinner, there are women who are turned on by a man who will pay for everything! There is a difference in having to buy everything and treating your lady, though. I don’t think it’s necessary at all for you to have to take up all the expenses that come with dating, but offer sometimes. It matters. And if she’s a quality woman, like myself, it’s highly likely that the action will be graciously reciprocated.
