Keeping your skin beautiful and healthy does not just happen. You must pamper your face in the same way that you pamper your hands and feet. It is so important to protect and preserve your skin to maintain a youthful complexion.

Do You Use Bar Soap On Your Face?
I think we can all vouch that as kids our moms would wash our face and bodies with the same bar soap, right?! My mom did… I didn’t know any better so I continued to do this until I educated myself.
Bar soaps are less expensive than liquid soap, and they usually lather very well. The problem is, they can disrupt your skin’s normal pH balance, because most bar soaps tend to be alkaline (higher pH) compared with your skin, which is normally slightly acidic (lower pH).
If it is more convenient to use bar soap (and there are reputable companies out there who have great skincare lines in bar soap form) just make sure you get a soap that is nondrying.
