I must say before I watched this video of Amber Rose on Power 105.1’s ‘The Breakfast Club’ I had a few preconceived notions about her. Her demeanor gives off a bit of “I know I’m bad and I can do what I want because of it’ attitude and that if she wants it, she can probably use her sex appeal to get it. I must admit that I was wrong. After watching her interview, I can honestly say that the self-proclaimed MILF’s unfiltered realness was very refreshing. Not only did she seem intelligent, she seemed honest – something that audiences, listeners, and fans can relate to.
During her interview, she spoke on her failed marriage to Wiz Khalifa, their son Bash, Tyga & Kylie Jenner’s relationship, Kim Kardashian, and those infamous sexy Instagram pics that had Wiz giving his seal of approval.
When asked about her relationship with Wiz, she stated that although they’re not legally divorced yet, they are separated but she wait for months for him to come back home and that she’s in no rush to get his face removed from her body. She even explained why Wiz tweeted: “a woman who would do something to his kid to spite that kid’s father is a foul creature” (NecoleBitchie)
“He was mad that I cut Sebastian’s hair. My son has a lot of hair and he’s a strong little boy. So I always try to deep condition his hair in the back, where he lays on it, and he’s not having it. By him sleeping on it, it was starting to get matted in one spot and I couldn’t get it out. He wouldn’t let me brush it, comb it or nothing. So I was like, ‘This boy needs a haircut.’ Cam [Wiz] obviously wanted his hair to be long [and] I wanted his hair to be long, but the boy needed a haircut! I’m not going to walk around with my son having a dread in the back of his head. [I talked to Wiz] and he said, ‘No!’ but my son was in pain. He was in pain and going like this, ‘Mommy! Mommy!’ [and] he was pulling it [and] it was hurting him. That’s my baby and I’m not going to see my son in pain.”
She went on to say this about allegedly catching Wiz cheating on her with twins:
“When something irrational happens to you, you then act irrationally, and that’s why I filed for divorce so quickly. You have to understand, the man that I married and know wasn’t the guy that I seen him becoming. He was just changing. Wiz isn’t a bad guy, he has an amazing personality and a great spirit and that’s why I married him, but things happen. People make mistakes. [He used up all his passes to cheat].”
When asked about Tyga and Kylie’s relationship she said:
“She’s a baby. She needs to go to bed at 7 o’clock. Have a glass of milk. That’s ridiculous. He should be ashamed of himself. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17. Like, nah.”
Clapback, Muva Rose, CLAPBACK! And I must say she has a very VALID point!
As the interview continued, we learned that Amber has her on personal family drama dealing with race, and that she once looked up to Kim Kardashian, thinking she was absolutely gorgeous, to now realizing that she’s “fake”.
“If I want to have my titties out on the beach, that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I’m not going to have my titties out and be like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe like uh they caught me with my boobs out.’ Like this is my whole thing right, when Kim first came out, I was like, ‘Who the f*ck is this Puerto Rican girl with Paris Hilton?! This b*tch is beautiful, I thought she was Puerto Rican I’m from the east coast. So that’s initially what I thought of Kim I was like, ‘Wow this girl is amazing’. But its just sh*t that I see her do like, she posted a selfie and she had like one of her boobs out the bra whatever. Its just fake to me, you know what I mean? She’s such a beautiful girl she has such potential to be really dope but to me she’s not. It don’t have sh*t to do with Kanye.”
And about her rumored new boo, James Harden:
“Me and James have a very “special” friendship for sure. I didn’t get the “D” yet.”
The interview was great! She actually made me quite a fan with her openness. I felt like she was just a regular woman who is going through regular life problems trying to get over the hump of losing a man she was truly in love with and is serving every straight, no chaser!
