Angela Simmons along with other celebrities attended Michelle Obama’s Better Make Room Initiative in Washington, D.C. She showed up in style, dressed in a navy Valentino cloak with a matching dress. Both the dress and cloak have a subtle butterfly design that are in the royal blue-navy family. On her feet were a pair of Tom Ford Patent Ankle Lock pumps. Angela was dressed by wardrobe stylist Diandre Tristan, who is known for dressing Robin Roberts, Toni and Tamar Braxton and Michelle Williams. Angela makes her look seem effortless but she had a whole team behind her. Besides her stylist, she had a makeup artist and hair stylist on the job. Get the details on her ensemble below.
The Valentino dress retails for $5,290 and the cloak for $6,290. The Tom Ford heels cost a whopping $1,150. Angela executed her best Olivia Pope look at a little over $12,000. The elegant, sophisticated set was definitely appropriate for the White House atmosphere. Keeping it light on accessories, Angela wore a watch and small bracelet on her wrist.
In attendance was Ciara, who took a minute to pose for a couple of selfies with Angela. Ciara is no stranger to the White House. Her and boyfriend Russell Wilson were in attendance for the White House State Dinner back in June of this year.
