San Diego Comic-Con attendees were in for a treat at this year’s convention. Ryan Meinerding, Head of Visual Development at Marvel Studios, created a three-part promotional poster for the awaited film, Avengers: Infinity War. Ryan personally signed free copies of his work at Marvel’s booth.
The three posters were painted in such a way, that when combined, they depict a grand mural of the heroes that we know and love, as well as their infamous opponents, Thanos and the Black Order.
Meinerding also released each visual separately throughout the day on Sunday. The collective image portrays the villains in the center, and the Avengers on either side, along with the Guardians of the Galaxy. You will also spot Black Panther, Spider Man, and Doctor Strange and more in the cinematic artwork.
“You’ve been asking, so here it is. Part one of my Infinity War SDCC poster set”, Ryan writes beneath this Instagram release image of the Avengers.

“Part two of three! Are you guys excited for the Black Order?”, he captioned this image of part two of the triad featuring menacing rivals.

Ryan’s closing words about the final piece, featuring Black Widow as a blonde bombshell, a bearded Captain America, more members from the Guardians of the Galaxy, and Loki: “And Captain America! Save the best for last, always team Cap”.

The highly-anticipated film will debut at the box office on May 4th, 2018. Is this phenomenal creation enough to tie you over until then?
