The Los Angeles Clippers all-star is in hot water…well maybe lukewarm. Blake Griffin was charged with a misdemeanor battery in a incident that happened at the popular Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas back in October. TMZ reports that Clark County D.A got Griffin for grabbing the “Phone and neck” of Daniel Schuman because the NBA star grew “upset of the camera flashes in his face.” Teammates Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan were also in attendance with Blake Griffin but, were not involved in the incident.
TMZ also states that since Griffin has a clean record, he should not see any jail time; but may face a league suspension. Ryan Parker of L.A Times says that Griffin’s court date is set for December 8th.
