Ready for another season of Bravo’s hit show “Blood, Sweat & Heels?”
The network known for dishing out “Housewives” and hit ratings will premeire the show’s second season on March 29 at 9pm ET/PT.
The show not only scored high with viewers, but it was the highest rated non-Housewive or Housewife spinoff during its first season.
In case you’re a “numbers don’t lie” type, “Blood, Sweat & Heels” earned 2.6 plus million viewers and did well overall for its key demographics.
That means there’s a demand for more from these working class women. Now while fans will see returning cast members such as Mica Hughes, Daisy Lewellyn, Demetria Lucas D’Oyley, Geneva Thomas and fan favorite, Melyssa Ford, there will be some new faces.
Celebrity stylist Arzo Anwar (left) and entertainment businesswoman Chantelle Fraser (right) will round out the cast this season.
Anwar, an Afghanistan native, is now a celebrity stylist. She opened up Blend Showroom back in 2005 which is located in the Garment District of Manhattan. Between juggling her business and other priorities, Anwar also has to deal with her love life with R&B musician Yestirday
Meanwhile, Fraser’s UK roots have transitioned successfully to the streets of NYC as well. This entrepreneur is a graudate from the London School of Economics. It was in 2006 that she put her talents to use by opening up a promotional company called Flawless NYC. It serves as booking and promo agency for all aspects of entertainment for high-end functions and high- caliber brands.
The show will still display the women balancing their lives and careers. Hopefully, it won’t be much bottle throwing.
Last year, Geneva Thomas was accused of allegedly hitting Ford in the head with a bottle while in attendance at a yacht party.
It required Ford to seek immediate medical attention resulting in stitches and as for Thomas? Yep, home girl did get arrested for assault. She reportedly filed a $25 million dollar lawsuit against Ford for defaming her name. Why is $25 million dollars odd you ask? Well, if you paid attention to the show, Ford was very honest about her finances. Unfortunately for Thomas, looking good in Jay Z’s video only did so much fiancially.
