Fourteen-year-old Danielle Bregoli got her rise to fame after her appearance on the Dr. Phil show. The show shined light on her bad girl behavior, and also coined the catchphrase “cash me outside, howbow dah?”. Her “bad girl” persona is still causing media attention. Looks like she managed to avoid jail time…for now.
The “Cash Me Outside” teen is sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to grand theft, marijuana possession, and filing a false police report.
Danielle Bregoli pleaded guilty to 4 charges back in June, but got other charges dropped by taking a plea deal. Apparently, these legal troubles existed way before her appearance on Dr. Phil.
This is not the end for Danielle and her legal woes. She could possibly be facing charges for an incident that was caused after one of her friends threw ice cream on someone. This resulted in a huge brawl in Florida.
Instead of having to finish probation in Florida, a judge ruled that Danielle Bregoli is set to complete her probation in California, where she now lives with her mom.
Seems like this teen cant stay away from trouble. Interesting enough, is that she got FAMOUS for it. Now that’s privilege for you. Hopefully Danielle can abide by her probation guidelines and try to turn her life around.
