Actor and comedian, Chris Tucker, is set to host the 2013 BET Awards. Tucker will host the awards ceremony at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre on June 3oth. This year the BET Awards will be apart of the first “BET Experience at L.A. LIVE,” which is a 3 day festival of concerts, screenings, and other events. “We cannot wait for Chris to set fire to the BET Awards stage with his unique brand of mayhem,” Stephen Hill said. Tucker is known for being selective about his movie roles and has only starred in four movies in the past 15 years. “I am honored to be asked to host this year’s BET Awards. I’m looking forward to be being part of a really great show,” explained an excited Tucker.
