#DETAILS “Toxic Cocktail?” Nick Gordon’s Lawsuit is Amended in The Wake of Bobbi Kristina Death…

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston passed on July 26th, and was buried alongside her mother in New Jersey this past Monday. Although her life has ended, justice for it has just begun, as the lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has been amended. Wrongful death, “toxic cocktail,” “pain and suffering,” are just a few of the words in this new court document being served to Gordon. This amendment comes at no surprise public sentiment blames him for the young woman’s untimely demise.

Us Weekly has released a few details from the lawsuit. It alleges Nick was “[being] out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge,” and giving Bobbi Kristina a “toxic cocktail.” The document goes onto say the beverage left her “unconscious” and he then “then put her face down in a tub of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.” Nick allegedly beat her and accused her of cheating, calling her a “whore and bitch.” It gets worse. He then allegedly changed clothes and “afterward he got in bed, and laid his head on a female guest’s ankle and said, ‘Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.’”

Approximately fifteen minutes later an unidentified person found Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub with “a dust pan…in the bottom of the bathtub.” The lawsuit goes on to reveal she was unconscious, her mouth was swollen, and she had teeth hanging loosely from her mouth–reportedly from blows from Nick…Bobbi’s conservator released the following statement:

“I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” Hargrove said in a statement shared with Us Weekly. “I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count of wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown.”

Rest in peace Bobbi Kristina. Justice is coming! We will keep you updated as this story unfolds.

Everyone needs a listening ear, extra shoulder, and open arms when life gets rough. I’m your new best friend, where it all goes south remember I’m a mouse click or tweet away.
