Well, it looks like “Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars” Heidi Montag might need to stay in counseling a little longer.
The former “The Hills” star’s father was apprehended after participating in sexual misconduct and incest with a 13-year-old girl spanning over several years.
Check out the excerpt via TMZ:
Bill Montag was picked up by Aspen cops Thursday night. Authorities say the sexual abuse continued until the girl turned 17. The complaint says he abused the child at least 50 times.
As for the time frame … the alleged abuse occurred between 1993 and 1997. It does not line up with Heidi or her sister Holly.
According to the docs, Bill Montag “groomed her with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” and escalated by attempting to insert a vibrator into her vagina. At age 16 he began performing oral sex. It then gets extremely graphic.
The documents do say when he tried to have intercourse with the girl she rebuffed him and he said, “Sorry, I thought you wanted this.”
In addition…
The 29-page affidavit reportedly says that because of the statute of limitations, Montag can’t be prosecuted for sexual assaults that took place prior to July 1, 1996.
Investigators assigned to the case did collect information from a social worker about the molestation between Montag and an unidentified victim.
Back in 2014, investigators discovered that there were at least 50 sexual abuse incidents that Montag was allegedly involved in over five years that ended in 1998.
Montag’s daughter, Heidi, rose to fame after appearing on the MTV show “The Hills” back in 2006. She and husband Spencer Pratt have also appeared on the NBC show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” and WE TV’s “Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars.”
