GAP an iconic American apparel and accessories brand was launched in San Francisco in 1969.  Now the brand continues to make its mark around the world through its collection of denim, white shirts, khakis and other classics that we all love.

Fall Campaign

Gap has launched it’s final fall campaign installment “Meet me in the Gap,” featuring two familiar faces Rapper Future and Singer Cher. The brand initially launched its fall campaign back in July.

In the campaign the two icons are inspired by a song to share vocals and create their own rendition of the song “Everyday People which was originally by Sly and Family Stone.

Cher dished about the song saying, “I love the idea of ‘Meet Me in the Gap’ because it’s easy to have common ground if you are really open and curious to people from different cultures.” “I didn’t know who Future was before this but I knew it would be so fun to work with someone who is completely unlike me, and who is young, really talented and striving.”

Future stated, “There was a great dynamic when working with Cher and we felt like we were doing something so much bigger than the two of us.” “Gap is not only bringing two cultures together but bringing everyone together through the music and the style. It’s really about everyday people.”


The Chief Marketing Office of Gap Craig Broomers said , “As a brand, our heritage is rooted in being a beacon of hope and optimism while also bringing people together.” He also talked about bringing the two artists together saying, “Uniting two superstars like Cher and Future proves that no matter how different we seem, there is always a common thread that we just might not have discovered yet.”
