Aisha Hinds kicked off her acting career on Blue’s Clues as Miss Marigold. Following the children series, she moved onto more serious roles like NYPD, ER, thus landing a recurring role on The Shield as Annie Price. Other credits include Invasion, Conspiracy, Standoff, ABC series Lost, Lincoln Heights, Cold Case, and Bones. After her role on Madea Goes to Jail, Hinds continued her guest roles on Law and Order SVU, Prison Break, and HBO series True Blood as Miss Jeanette. Her tough roles landed her on Hawthorne, Detroit 187, and Weeds. Hinds also starred in movies such as Mr. Brooks, Star Trek into Darkness and The Next Three Days. But, her most recent and finest hour is her role as Harriet Tubman on television drama Underground.
