The custody battle continues! Halle is now suing her Ex-boyfriend and baby’s father, Gabriel Aubry for changing daughter Nahla’s hair. Yes. You heard correctly….#HollywoodPeopleBeLike.
TMZ reports that Halle says Aubry is coloring and straightening Nahla’s hair to make her look less black. The lawsuit is based on their 6 year old daughter being subjected to possible ” psychological and physical damage.” Based on the California judge, neither parent is supposed to change their daughter’s appearance….huh?
Looks like Halle isn’t so crazy after all (according to the law in California, anyway) as she might win her bizarre case. Aubry and his legal team has yet to make any comments on the case.
