The entertainment world was in a frenzy this week after the news arose of the sudden death of Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner.
Hugh, who was affectionately referred to as Hef, reportedly died of natural causes on Wednesday night.
Since his death, the attention has now shifted to his 31-year-old wife, Crystal Harris. Apparently they signed an “ironclad prenuptial agreement” and Hef never added her to his will. He did, however, manage to purchase her a 5-million dollar mansion. Unfortunately, it looks like the blonde bombshell will inherit nothing from his multi-million dollar fortune.
Hef’s fortune is being divided between his four children Christie (64), David (62), Marston (27) and Cooper (26), the University of Southern California film school, and the list of charities he supported. Hugh Hefner’s estate was estimated to be worth $43 million back in 2013. He also sold the Playboy mansion in 2016 for $100 million.
Hef and Crystal married in 2012 after she had cold feet and left him at the alter the year prior. It seems that their love remained strong even then. “The dramatic age difference between Crystal and me really doesn’t matter,” he tweeted back then of wedding his third wife. “Whatever time I have left, we want to spend together.”
