What your workout regimen?
I’ll start with chest on Monday, back on Tuesday, Shoulders on Thursday and Legs on Wednesday. I’ll start my day with 30 mins of cardio in the morning and then I’ll do my individual body parts in the evening?
What are some of your long-term goals?
My long-term goals are to have my own wellness center and a charity organization that I can do something for the community.
