CEO + Founder, Jeanette Williams, has always had a very creative personality. As a young woman she recognized this quality but had no idea how her excitement for design would manifest into her adulthood.
As a teenager, she was introduced to floral design by the late “Sherman the florist“.
It was an honor to work alongside him because he was something like a hidden gem in the city of Cincinnati.
Over the years, Jeanette’s “go getter” personality and passion for her craft has allowed her to meet many creative individuals in her field.

“It is my desire to create designs for my clients that will not only leave them with a long lasting memory but for them to fall so deeply in love with my work that we form a long lasting business relationship” stated Ms. Williams.
In July 2017, Jeanette had the opportunity to partner up with Chanel Scales, Fashion Show Producer and Founder of Shingo Fashion at the annual Cincinnati Music Fest, that is held every summer in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jeanette was able to set up Chanel’s fashion lounge that allowed attendees to chat with her after the show.
Chanel was befuddled at how perfectly “Jay’s Creative Design” was able to bring to life her vision.
Everyone who walked past the set up wanted to take pictures and even inquired the whereabouts of the person responsible for the outstanding set up.
Nowadays, everyone is wanting a taste of entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship means being a BOSS, living out your dreams and following after whatever your heart desires
Furthermore, It is very important to set out goals for anything that you want to do in life.
These long term goals will serve as the push you’ll need to constantly GO harder. In five years, Jeanette would like to own and operate her own event center.
When asked who she looked up to for inspiration, Jeanette replied, David Tutera.
In this line of work, it is very easy to take on a client, see the space you’ll be working with, see your vision, execute, and be done.

In 2016, she brought on her daughter Jennifer Williams as her business partner.
