Kania is a brand that is known for their luxury sweatshirts. Designers want their audience to be comfortable, yet stylish.

The word “Kania” means light and derives from the Twi language of the Ashanti tribe. Ashanti is a tribe in Ghana, located in West Africa. If a customer can find their inner light through Kania, then the mission has been accomplished.
Canadian brand Kania has given us a fine mixture of athletic wear and couture styles during New York Fashion Week.
Zippers and layers make this Spring and Summer collection diverse. One of the main dilemmas would be whether a person should wear these looks during the day or evening. People can work out or have a night out on the town. Both men and women can enjoy the luxury of experiencing these looks, thanks to designer Stacey Bafi-Yeboa.

While most of the looks expose the legs, some looks are long, draping skirts and pants. The men have loose fitting, black pants to pair with the black, zippered jackets.

The hoodies can be also worn as body-con dresses. Sports bras can be worn under fancy gowns with these looks as well. One of the most interesting styles designed is yellow, low-cut, draping dress. Another great look was a long, white cardigan that followed behind a model sporting a mini, white tank dress. Bold, feathered headpieces are placed graciously on the women’s heads as they strut the runway.

Though this was an interesting move to try to combine two different worlds, the task was completed successfully. Do not look any further, because the need to be comfortable and stylish has been met by Kania. No one can resist the neutral and pale pink colors that will help people flourish in the seasons to come.
