Besides being a cast member on her family’s reality show (keeping up with the Kardashians), Kendall Jenner has been a hit appearing on runways for designers such as Chanel and Marc Jacobs in this year fashion week. As Kendall has always been able to express herself as a Kardashian, she is swiftly making her name well know to the fashion industry. As we have seen her socializing with fashion icons such as Karl Lagerfeld and even mother of vogue herself Anna Wintour. So it’s no surprise that Creative Director of Givenchy Ricardo Tisci would make Miss Jenner apart of his Givenchy 2014 Campaign; after all Tisci was the creative mind behind Kim’s amazing wedding dress.
The Givenchy Campaign is for the fall 2014 line. Tisci along with famous photography duo Mert & Marcus created a dark concept for the campaign that gives off a modern vibe. If you fully grasp every detail within the ad you can conclude that Tisci wanted to draw a raunchy yet classical look for the campaign, which is mostly common in today’s fashion. Kendall stunningly flaunts a modern/classical dress alongside models Jamie Boucher, Mariacarla Boscono and Peter Brant II.
As Kendall continues to transition to fashionita she is destined to be, her wits, charm, and sense of style will lead her into total dominination as a fashion icon, I mean how cool it is for a socialite like herself to land a big high fashion ad at age 18. Can’t wait to what Kylie will dominate and strive toward in the next few years.
