Kobe Passes Jordan On Scoring List!

Call it what you want but the Black Mamba has proven his greatness amongst the greatest and now he has even more bar stories about it.

Sunday night, Kobe Bryant surpasses the G.O.A.T Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring list in a win against the Minnesota Timberwolves 100-94. Kobe came into the game eight points shy of the third place spot ahead of Jordan. Kobe finished with 26 points.

Although at tremendous achievement to pass one of the greatest and his mentor, Jordan, on the list, Kobe has a long way to go to catch the fellow greats Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (38,387) and Karl Malone (36,928). Kobe will at least have to add two more full seasons to his 19th to catch Malone for the number two spot.

Kobe has been hearing the Jordan comparisons his whole career. What an amazing accomplishment it must be for him to pass his idol and friend on the scoring list. Congrats Black Mamba!
